What products are warranted?

Natural Apiary will exchange or refund any product that stops working or otherwise breaks due to defects in materials or manufacturing.

The warranty is limited to replacement of the product and/or refund equal to the purchase price. A copy of your purchase receipt will be required to claim your warranty.

I can exchange or return an item?

Yes, if you find the item has a fault or is the wrong size within the first 30 days please contact Amazon and they will arrange an exchange or return of the item.

If there is a fault after the initial 30 day Amazon return policy please contact Natural Apiary customer services to arrange a return for a replacement product or refund.


In some cases, the warranty is not provided?

The warranty does not cover the following conditions:

  • Unauthorised alterations
  • Improper use or care from accidents (e.g. dropping on a hard surface causing breakage, painting your hive whilst wearing your gloves or suit)
